Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your first appointment.
We want you to feel confident and prepared when you visit Rehab 360 Physiotherapy. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions our clients ask.
If your question isn’t covered here, don’t worry – just give us a call or fill in our contact form, and a member of our friendly team will be in touch to help.
What should I bring to my appointment?
If you have any relevant medical reports, scan results, or referral letters, please bring them with you or email them to us in advance: physio@rehab-360.co.uk
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is free parking directly outside the clinic in Buttercross Court, as well as plenty of additional free parking along Northgate.
Do I need to wear anything specific?
Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. If your issue is below the waist, bring shorts. For upper body problems like shoulder or neck pain, a vest or sports top is ideal so your therapist can access the area easily.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment will follow our ACE system:
- Assess – A full clinical assessment and understanding of your goals
- Clarify – Clear explanation of the problem and your personalised plan
- Execute – Starting your treatment and rehab, tailored to you
You’ll leave feeling informed, confident, and supported.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we also offer online payment links and scannable QR codes for convenience.
Are you covered by my health insurance?
Yes, we are registered with most private health insurance providers. Please bring your membership number and authorisation code to your appointment. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we strongly advise you to contact us in advance and we’ll be happy to help.
How long is my appointment?
- Initial Assessment: 45 minutes
- Follow-Up Appointments: 30 minutes (with the option to extend to 60 minutes if needed)
You can select your preferred appointment length when booking.
Is the clinic accessible for wheelchair users?
There is one shallow step at the entrance to the clinic. If you need assistance, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll make sure everything is in place for your visit.
Ready to get started?
Book your initial assessment and let’s begin your journey to moving better and living pain-free.
