Meet The Team
Callum Emery BSc MCSP HCPC
Clinic Director & Lead Physiotherapist
Callum is the founder of Rehab 360 Physiotherapy, an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner, and musculoskeletal specialist with extensive experience across the NHS, private sector, and elite sports.
Comparing his time in elite sport to that within the NHS, Callum saw firsthand how the general population lack access to a high standard of care, and have to settle for quick fixes rather than long lasting results. This sparked a passion to do better.
Rehab 360 was born from that vision: to create a space where people can access the highest standards of Physiotherapy care, latest technology, and proven treatment methods which build true long term resilience.
Alongside his clinical work, Callum has completed postgraduate study in a number of areas including radiographic imaging interpretation, injection therapy, and advanced management of the upper and lower quadrant. He utilises this expertise in every session, combining in-depth knowledge with a clear, honest, and human approach.
Outside the clinic, Callum stays active with CrossFit and Padel and enjoys downtime with his wife, Henri-Leigh, and their English Bulldog, Roscoe.
Rebecca Armstrong MSc MCSP HCPC
Senior Physiotherapist
Rebecca is a Senior Physiotherapist with specific interest in musculoskeletal conditions and sports related injuries.
She graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a Bachelors degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. She then graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy.
Following graduation, Rebecca started working as a Physiotherapist for Scottish Rugby, alongside the academy and numerous national age-grade teams. She is currently the Senior Physiotherapist at Doncaster Knights Rugby Club. Her background in high performance sport has allowed her to gain extensive experience in athletic development, injury prevention, and return-to-play rehabilitation. She brings a performance-focused approach to physiotherapy and injury management with all of her clients.
Whether you are an elite athlete or simply want to reduce your pain, Rebecca has a results-driven approach and her expertise promises to bring you the outcome you desire.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys keeping active through going to the gym, running, and hiking.
Marvin Höckmann BSc MCSP HCPC
Senior Physiotherapist
Marvin is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a keen interest in sports injuries, complex joint conditions, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
He graduated from the University of Huddersfield with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy and currently works as a Specialist Physiotherapist within the NHS. His clinical experience spans managing acute, chronic, and complex conditions across outpatient clinics, fracture clinics, rheumatology, and exercise rehabilitation settings.
Alongside his NHS role, Marvin spent three years working with Doncaster Rovers Football Club, gaining extensive experience managing sports injuries, growth-related conditions in young athletes, and returning players to high levels of performance.
He has completed postgraduate study in advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including the advanced management of the lower quadrant. He takes a hands-on, patient-centred approach to help clients achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Outside of work, Marvin enjoys keeping active through weight training, running, and playing football.
Annelise Green BSc MCSP HCPC
Physiotherapist
Annelise is a qualified Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist with a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries.
She graduated with honours in Physiotherapy from Leeds Beckett University and completed further training in sports massage therapy, achieving her Level 4 qualification in the field.
Her clinical experience includes delivering Pilates and working within the medical department at a semi-professional football club, dealing with both acute injuries pitchside as well as ongoing rehabilitation with members of the first team squad.
Annelise takes a hands-on approach to treatment and rehabilitation, using a combination of manual therapy and progressive exercise therapy to guide her clients seamlessly from pain to peak performance. Her honest, empathetic nature makes her a warm and approachable clinician who consistently places the patient at the centre of their care.
Outside of work, Annelise continues to run her own soft tissue therapy business alongside her work in semi-professional football.
Henri-Leigh Emery
Practice Administrator
Henri-Leigh is the Practice Administrator at Rehab 360 Physiotherapy.
Often the point of contact for most patient enquiries, she is continually hard at work behind the scenes to keep the clinic running seamlessly.
Her role encompasses managing patient enquiries, supporting the clinical team, handling inventory, and assisting with our marketing and social media efforts. Earning the affectionate nickname “the gaffer,” her main responsibility is keeping our clinic director (and husband), Callum, in check alongside overseeing daily operations.
Outside of her part-time role at Rehab 360, Henri-Leigh is a qualified teacher and continues to work full-time at a local SEN school.
When off duty, she loves baking and spending quality time with family and friends – though her patience and experience working with children certainly come in handy when keeping our clinical team in order!
